Customers who have purchased a subscription plan for summarygenerator.io can request a refund if they are dissatisfied with their selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue unless you cancel it. We encourage all users to review this refund policy before purchasing any plan.


Return Policy

To claim a refund, the plan must have a significant portion of queries unused.

  • Weekly Subscribers: No refunds are offered for weekly subscriptions.
  • Monthly Subscribers: Refunds can be requested within 15 days of purchase.
  • Yearly Subscribers: Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Summarygenerator.io is not responsible for any refund requests made after this time frame, even if the plan is 100% unused.

Refund Process

If you meet the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy, you can request a refund by submitting the "Contact Us" form. Our customer service team will reach out to you at the provided email address as soon as possible after receiving your request.

The plan you request a refund for will be reviewed to determine the unused portion. Once this assessment is complete, we will notify you if your request qualifies for a refund. If eligible, the refund will be processed and sent within 5-7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Special offers and discounted plans are non-refundable.

Repayment Conditions

Refunds will be processed and returned via the original payment method. Bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund will be calculated based on your usage, including the number of words checked, and deducted from the actual price of the plan.

Manual Cancellation

Summarygenerator.io reserves the right to cancel a user’s subscription if any of the following occurs:

  • Abuse reports from law enforcement agencies.
